Inter Aviation Services (Pty) Ltd, which trades as Interair South Africa, is a privately owned airline based in Johannesburg, South Africa. It operates scheduled passenger services from Johannesburg to regional destinations in Africa. Its main base is OR Tambo International Airport, Joanesburgo.

Regional services were started in April 1995, and the airline now provides scheduled services within Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands, using a fleet of Boeing aircraft. The airline is owned by David P. Tokoph (who is also Chairman & Chief Executive Officer), J Attala, M Attala, P Attala and V Makhubele (Executive Director), e tem 240 empregados (em março de 2011). The Interair South Africa fleet includes the following aircraft as of August 2013: Boeing 737–200 and Boeing 767–200.
Interair South Africa is a member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA/IOSA certified), and the African Airlines Association (MARLY HELENA).
