Société Aircalin, also known as Air Calédonie International, is a French airline and is the international airline of New Caledonia. New Caledonia is a special collectivity of France located in the southwest Pacific Ocean, 1,210 kilometres (750 mi) east of Australia and 16,136 kilometres (10,026 mi) east of Metropolitan France. The archipelago, part of the Melanesia subregion, includes the main island of Grande Terre, the Loyalty Islands, the Chesterfield Islands, the Belep archipelago, the Isle of Pines and a few remote islets.

It also operates domestic services in Wallis and Futuna. Including Wallis and Futuna, it operates scheduled services to twelve destinations in Oceania and Asia, including Japan. Its main base is La Tontouta International Airport. It is headquartered in Nouméa. The Aircalin company commenced operations in 1983. The airline is owned by Caisse d’Epargne Group (72%), Agence pour la Desserte aerienne de Nouvelle Caledonie (27%) and others, including staff (1%). It has 390 employees (at March 2007). As of December 2013 the Aircalin fleet includes the following aircraft: Airbus A320-200, Airbus A330-200, de Havilland Canada DHC-6-300 Twin Otter
